Franklin is a great realtor to work with. I happened to find his information online and took a chance on using him to help me buy a couple of condos in FL. I live in HI, so we communicated via phone and email and he was extremely professional. He was extremely patient and helpful by checking out all the units I requested and taking pictures to send to me. I happened to visit FL a couple years later and met him at that time. He was kind enough to pick my husband and I up from our hotel to take us to view the units he helped us to purchase as we had no car. All of this happened a few years ago. After a bit of debate, my husband and I decided to sell one of our original condos and flip it into another one. After my great experience with Franklin for our original purchases, I did not hesitate to call him to help us with the property flip.
